Arcade Fire

To see Arcade Fire at the Merge Records Anniversary Festival right before the band had
their big break in 2004. It is pretty surreal to see David Bowie playing that same song
with the band only a year after that. What a world we live in.

Indy Week - Published about the Carolina Global Photography Exhibition

For its 13th annual Carolina Global Photography Competition, which showcases outstanding foreign fieldwork by
UNC students, staff and alumni, the UNC Center for Global Initiatives hooked into the university's current campus-wide theme, "Water in Our World." Going for the horizon is first-place winner Cam Carrithers' celebratory "Garifuna Culture in Belize," which the documentarian has covered for years. "The Garifuna culture originated after ships occupied with Africans crashed in the Caribbean."

National Geographic Magazine

Of the different projects I have worked on for National Geographic the most inspiring one for me was about Aron Ralston. It isn't a story that I was shooting photos for as I was just doing image collections for this issue at Adventure. Aron Ralston was trapped for five days in a canyon and managed to cut off
his own hand saving his life . This is part of the story at this link.

Arcade Fire - Neighborhood #2 (Laika) live in Chapel Hill, NC
This is just one video camera and good microphone from that show. We thought this song was better
just left unedited of one angle of the four that we filmed. It really shows how together this band is without
having to edit anything to make it flashy. This is something we think fans would like.

Canon 1014xl-s Part 1 of 2 (Different Vintage Super 8 Films)
This was filmed on a vintage Canon 1014xl-s camera. We filmed this with all different types of color negative and chrome films. We made this just to see the differences in some of the grungy and warmer looking Super 8 films. This is in SD and we are going to have an HD formatted video of this in the future.
